SINANICS COMPONENTS PRIVATE LIMITED was established in 1980 as a partnership firm by a technocrat entrepreneur S.
Srinivasan.

The late Mr. Srinivasan was a graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Regional Engineering College, Trichy. After graduation he joined the prestigious Training School of
Bhaba Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai. He later shifted to Electronics
Corporation of India Ltd, Hyderabad and worked as an R&D Engineer in
the TV Division. Subsequently he joined Philips India, Pune, in their design & development department.

In 1980 he established his own manufacturing unit to produce AM / FM IF Coils for Radio & TV Industry. In the subsequent years, the company diversified into manufacture
of several wound components required for different electronic units in
India and Abroad. Presently it has many national and multi-national
clientele and is a member of the Electronics and Software Exports Promotion Council of India and Electronic
Component Industries Association of India (ELCINA).
The company is now being managed by professionals under the
leadership of Mrs. Rajeswari Srinivasan. The current company turnover is about Rs.50 Million (US $1.1 Million).
